Product Introduction of Polyolefin Dispersions:
Perfluorosulfonic acid polymer dispersion is a uniform dispersion of perfluorosulfonic acid polymer (PFSA) in water or organic solvent. Perfluorosulfonic acid polymer is a class of fluoropolymers with high chemical stability, and its molecular structure contains perfluorocarbon chains and sulfonic acid groups. Due to its excellent proton conductivity, chemical stability and mechanical properties, it has broad application prospects in fuel cells, electrolyzers, sensors and other fields.
Product Advantages of Aqueous Polymer Dispersion:
The Perfluorosulfonic acid polymer dispersion we produce can be used as an ion exchange membrane in a water electrolysis hydrogen production device to improve electrolysis efficiency. The Aqueous polymer dispersion we produce should be fully stirred before use to avoid long-term standing resulting in dispersion precipitation. The Polymer dispersion admixtures we produce can be used in the preparation of high-efficiency catalysts to improve the efficiency and stability of catalytic reactions.

Main Application Of Polymer Dispersion Admixtures:
ProtoneX perfluorosulfonic acid ion exchange solution can be used to produce proton exchange membrane, electrolyte membrane and CCM catalyst coating of fuel cells and electrochemical sensors; it can also be used for the repair of perfluorinated ion membranes.
Package of Polymer Dispersion Admixtures:
ProtoneX perfluorinated ion exchange solution is packaged in a teflon plastic bottle.
The package is divided into 200ml, 500ml, 1L, 5L, 20L.
If special packaging is needed, please specify when ordering.
Liquid dispersion polymer should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and high temperature and humidity. The shelf life of unopened products is 6 months.
Usage of Polymer dispersion admixtures:
Mixing and dilution: Mix or dilute the dispersion with an appropriate solvent according to specific application requirements.
Coating and molding: Spray, brush, dip, etc. to coat the dispersion on the surface of the substrate, or prepare the material of the Aqueous polymer dispersion shape through a mold molding process.
Drying and curing: Dry and cure under appropriate temperature and time conditions to form a stable film or coating.
